I was listening to Jack Johnson's, Banana Pancakes, and I just couldn't help myself! You'll love them on any morning!

yield 6-7 serving(s)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup krusteaz buttermilk pancake mix
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 - banana (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon yoplait vanilla & honey greek yogurt

How To Make wicked easy nanner cakes

  • Step 1
Combine Buttermilk Pancake Mix and water. Wisk until smooth. Add chopped bananas, sugar, cinnamon, and yogurt.
  • Step 2
Heat medium-large pan to medium heat on stove. I like to use Olive Oil and a little butter (for taste).
  • Step 3
Take a large serving spoon & pour mixture into the middle of the pan. Don't flip the pancakes until you see little bubbles starting to form on the top of the pancakes.
  • Step 4
Take your spatula and gently lift all edges before you flip. You don't want to make it all floppy before you flip 'em!
  • Step 5
I like to serve these pancakes with Skippy's Natural Peanut Butter with honey and maple syrup! My friends love it! It's our go-to after a long night of fun out with the girls. Enjoy!
