the breakfast squares here are very good and tasty every one loves these its like eating cake for breakfast sorry i did not have room to write all the name of the recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 - ripe bananas, frozen and thawed
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 - egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons (heaping) creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

  • Step 1
    preheat oven to 350.
  • Step 2
    in a mixing bowl, whisk together the bananas, sugar, egg, vanilla, oil and peanut butter.
  • Step 3
    add in the flour, baking powder, salt and chocolate chips. blend until well mixed.
  • Step 4
    pour into a greased 8x8 inch pan. bake for 15 minutes, until cooked through. serve warm with a cup of coffee or a glass of milk.
