    ripe bananas, frozen and thawed
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1
    egg
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp
    (heaping) creamy peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    canola oil
  • 1 c
    whole wheat pastry flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    chocolate chips

How to Make Whole Wheat Peanut Butter Banana And Chocolate Chi

Step-by-Step

  1. preheat oven to 350.
  2. in a mixing bowl, whisk together the bananas, sugar, egg, vanilla, oil and peanut butter.
  3. add in the flour, baking powder, salt and chocolate chips. blend until well mixed.
  4. pour into a greased 8x8 inch pan. bake for 15 minutes, until cooked through. serve warm with a cup of coffee or a glass of milk.
