- 3 - ripe bananas, frozen and thawed
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 - egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons (heaping) creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips

Step 1preheat oven to 350.

Step 2in a mixing bowl, whisk together the bananas, sugar, egg, vanilla, oil and peanut butter.

Step 3add in the flour, baking powder, salt and chocolate chips. blend until well mixed.

Step 4pour into a greased 8x8 inch pan. bake for 15 minutes, until cooked through. serve warm with a cup of coffee or a glass of milk.
