How to Make Whole Wheat Flakes
- Mix ingredients lightly with a spoon, until free from lumps; but avoid over-mixing.
- Pour onto a cookie sheet, using 1/2 cup on a 12 x 15 inch sheet. Tip sheet back and forth to cover surface. Drain off excess, leaving a thin film.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes. Break into bite sized pieces.
