Ingredients

  • 2 packages store bought or homemade pizza dough
  • 1/2 pound breakfast sausage
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 medium bell peppers, red and green
  • 12 large eggs
  • 4 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 cups diced ham
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 diced roma tomatoes

How To Make western omelette breakfast pizza

  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Grease a baking sheet pan with cooking spray.
  • Step 2
    Spread the two packages of pizza dough evenly on the pan and along sides. Poke all over with fork and bake for 8 minutes or until lightly brown.
  • Step 3
    Meanwhile, cook the sausage until done and crumbly; remove to a bowl. Dice the onions and peppers and cook until just soft; remove to a bowl.
  • Step 4
    Add the eggs, butter, sour cream and grated Parmesan to a large bowl. Whisk until fully combined. Scramble the mixture but leave it a little wet. Sir in smoked paprika, onion, and garlic powder
  • Step 5
    To assemble the pizza: spread scrambled eggs over the top of the pre-baked pizza dough then add the sausage, peppers, and onions. Sprinkle the diced ham over top and cover with the two cheeses. Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Step 6
    Top the pizza with the diced tomatoes and a little more mozzarella cheese and bake until the cheese is just melted.
