Ingredients
- 2 packages store bought or homemade pizza dough
- 1/2 pound breakfast sausage
- 1 large onion
- 2 medium bell peppers, red and green
- 12 large eggs
- 4 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 cups diced ham
- shredded cheddar cheese
- shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 diced roma tomatoes
How To Make western omelette breakfast pizza

Step 1Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Grease a baking sheet pan with cooking spray.

Step 2Spread the two packages of pizza dough evenly on the pan and along sides. Poke all over with fork and bake for 8 minutes or until lightly brown.

Step 3Meanwhile, cook the sausage until done and crumbly; remove to a bowl. Dice the onions and peppers and cook until just soft; remove to a bowl.

Step 4Add the eggs, butter, sour cream and grated Parmesan to a large bowl. Whisk until fully combined. Scramble the mixture but leave it a little wet. Sir in smoked paprika, onion, and garlic powder

Step 5To assemble the pizza: spread scrambled eggs over the top of the pre-baked pizza dough then add the sausage, peppers, and onions. Sprinkle the diced ham over top and cover with the two cheeses. Bake for 15 minutes.

Step 6Top the pizza with the diced tomatoes and a little more mozzarella cheese and bake until the cheese is just melted.
