I have been eating these since I was little as a side for rich gravy's and Thanksgiving dinner. They are also great as left overs and in omelets the next morning (broken into small pieces of course). You can add spices such as garlic powder or Italian seasoning or even crushed red pepper and other alternatives to your tasting, if you want to eat them without gravy (or with your choice).

Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 - eggs
How To Make walter family spetzles

Step 1Add all ingredients in a large bowl and stir until well mixed.

Step 2Drop by teaspoon full in boiling water.

Step 3Stir, cover pot with lid, let boil for 3-5 minutes. Drain and serve.
