  Beat three eggs very light ( just enough to mix )add teaspoon of salt & enough flour to roll.I think that is like biscut dough.Take a piece of dough as large as a hickory nut,roll as thin as paper

  Fry in hot lard. They will be done in a few seconds.Laura said ma called them vanity cakes because they were all puffed up,with nothing solid inside.
