Troy's Breakfast Pizza

This recipe was from Troy Aikman, who is a Dallas Cowboy. It was in the Cowboy Cookbook, and sounds just as good as it is easy!

Ingredients

  •   1 can(s)
    refrigerated crescent rolls
  •   1 lb
    bulk pork sausage
  •   1 c
    frozen hash browns, thawed
  •   1 can(s)
    grated sharp cheddar
  •   5
    eggs
  •   1/4 c
    milk
  •   1/2 tsp
    salt
  •   1/4 tsp
    pepper
  •   1/4 c
    parmesan

How To Make

  • 1
    Oven to 375 degrees. Separate and place crescent rolls flat on ungreased pizza pan; press together as if baking a pizza crust. Crumble and brown sausage; drain. Spread sausage over crust. Sprinkle with thawed hash browns, then top with cheddar. Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper. Pour over top of pizza. Top with parmesan. Bake 30 min.
