1 - bagel (onion or everything)
- butter or margarine
- parmesan cheese
- pepper jack cheese (sliced)

How To Make toasted cheesy melt

Step 1

Split bagel, spread with butter and sprinkle parmesan cheese to cover on both inside surfaces.

Step 2

Toast in broiler cut side up, or in pan cut side down until golden brown.
Step 3

Place slices of pepper jack cheese on toasted surface and return to broiler (can be turned off now) to melt. If using pan, put in microwave for 20 seconds to melt.
