I love plain yogurt and eat it almost every day. We have a local company here that produces an excellent quality plain Greek yogurt. For this simple recipe, just about any type of bread will work: whole wheat, oat bran, muesli, pita/pide, lavosh, English muffin, etc. (I wouldn't recommend sourdough though. ;) ) From Bon Appetit.
