Ingredients

3 - eggs, beaten
2/3 cup milk
- pepper
1-1/4 cup sweet italian sausage, browned
1-1/2 cup chopped, roasted onions
1-1/2 cup various colors of sweet peppers
3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- pinch of red or black pepper, optional

How To Make sweet sausage simple simple pie

Step 1

Beat eggs with milk and pepper. Add cooked meat, veggies and cheese and put all into a pie shell.

Step 2

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. I used small onion and 8 small sweet peppers 2 inches long and sauteed them in oil.
