- 2 1/2 c
- 1 tsp
- butter, for frying
2. Add the milk, a little at a time, and beat to a smooth and rather thin batter.
3. Heat the skillet, add a little butter and fry the pancakes on both sides.
4. Roll or stack them on a serving plate.
5. Serve hot with whipped topping, berries, syrup or fresh fruit!
