- 1 cup oatmeal, uncooked
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
- 1 pinch mace
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup milk, whole
- 1 tablespoon butter

Step 1Thoroughly mix all dry ingredients into a bowl (to prevent clumping and for even distribution of flavors).

Step 2Bring butter, water, and milk to a simmer over medium heat on stovetop.
