1/8 tsp
salt
1 tsp
chia seeds
1 tsp
hemp seeds
1 tsp
ground flaxseed
1 pinch
mace
1 Tbsp
sugar
1/2 tsp
cinnamon
1 1/2 c
water
1/2 c
milk, whole
1 Tbsp
butter

How to Make Superfood Oatmeal

Step-by-Step

  • 1Thoroughly mix all dry ingredients into a bowl (to prevent clumping and for even distribution of flavors).
  • 2Bring butter, water, and milk to a simmer over medium heat on stovetop.
  • 3Add mixed dry ingredients to liquid. Stir.
  • 4Bring to a slight boil and reduce heat to low. Cook uncovered for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  • 5After 20 minutes, remove from heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
