Ingredients
- 12 large eggs
- 1/3 cup breakstones sour cream
- 1 pound pork sausage
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 package (8oz) kraft finely shredded triple cheddar cheese
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
How To Make sunday brunch bake

Step 1beat eggs and sour cream with whisk until well blended. pour into greased 13x9 inch baking dish. bake 10 minutes or until egg mixture is softly set.

Step 2meanwhile, cook mushrooms and onions in a large skillet on medium heat 6-8 minutes or until sausage is done, stirring occasionally. drain.

Step 3reduce oven temperature to 325. spoon tomatoes over egg layer, cover with sausage mixture and cheese.

Step 4bake 30 minutes or until center is set.
