this is a great brunch dish and it is easy

Ingredients

  • 12 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup breakstones sour cream
  • 1 pound pork sausage
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 package (8oz) kraft finely shredded triple cheddar cheese
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped

How To Make sunday brunch bake

  • Step 1
    beat eggs and sour cream with whisk until well blended. pour into greased 13x9 inch baking dish. bake 10 minutes or until egg mixture is softly set.
  • Step 2
    meanwhile, cook mushrooms and onions in a large skillet on medium heat 6-8 minutes or until sausage is done, stirring occasionally. drain.
  • Step 3
    reduce oven temperature to 325. spoon tomatoes over egg layer, cover with sausage mixture and cheese.
  • Step 4
    bake 30 minutes or until center is set.
