How to Make Sputniks
- 1Beat egg.
- 2Add milk and vanilla.
- 3Add rest of ingredients, shortening last.
- 4Drop in hot oil (365 degrees) by teaspoonful.
- 5Roll around while cooking (them, not you).
- 6Remove when golden and drain on paper towels.
- 7Roll THEM in powdered sugar while hot.
- 8Don't eat too many!!!!
