A great Tex-Mex meal and wonderful treat for kids and adults. I've been making it for years and no one is tired of it yet. For added deliciousness, add crispy crumbled bacon and sliced or diced black olives. So yummy!

The sausage gravy sauce is the perfect canvas for this yummy breakfast pizza. I love all the traditional breakfast favorites piled high with a hint of heat from the jalapenos. The creamy avocado sauce on top really made this dish shine. I could eat this day or night!
