A great Tex-Mex meal and wonderful treat for kids and adults. I've been making it for years and no one is tired of it yet. For added deliciousness, add crispy crumbled bacon and sliced or diced black olives. So yummy!

The sausage gravy sauce is the perfect canvas for this yummy breakfast pizza. We love all the traditional breakfast favorites piled high with a hint of heat from the jalapenos. The creamy avocado sauce on top made this dish shine. We could eat this day or night!

Ingredients
- 3 - thin & cripsy personal pizza crust
- 1 cup sausage gravy
- 1/2 cup bell pepper & onion diced
- 2 - jalapeño (seeded &diced)
- 2 - eggs (scrambled)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup crumbled sausage (cooked)
- AVOCADO CREAM SAUCE
- 1 - avocado
- 1/4 cup salsa verde
- 1/4 cup sour cream
How To Make southwest breakfast pizza

Step 1Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Place pizza crust on an ungreased baking sheet. AVOCADO CREAM SAUCE: In a blender blend the avocado, 1/2 of the diced jalapeno, salsa verde, and sour cream. Set to the side.

Step 2On each pizza, layer with the sausage gravy, crumbled sausage and scrambled egg.

Step 3Take the bell pepper, onion and the rest of the diced jalapeno and sprinkle over each pizza. Top each pizza with cheese.

Step 4Place the pizzas in the oven and baked for 10 to 15 minutes (until the cheese is melted and bubbly).

Step 5Top pizzas with the avocado cream sauce (as much or as little as you like) and serve.
