Ma loved a good coffee cake recipe, this is another one I found in her recipe file box we found in NC in July 2019.

Ingredients For sour cream coffee cake, ma

Cream 2 cups of sugar with 1 c (2 sticks) oleo. Add: 2 eggs 1 c commercial sour cream 1 t vanilla

Sift together: 2 c flour 1/4 t salt 1 1/4 t baking powder Add to creamed mixture

Topping: mix 1/2 c chopped pecans 1 t cinnamon 6 T brown sugar

Pour half batter into a large 9x12 inch greased and floured pan. Sprinkle 1/2 topping mixture over batter, then the remainder of the batter and topping. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-55 min.
