sophisticated individual club quiches

I made these for friends and they absolutely raved about them. Now it is the most requested recipe I have when it comes to serving something for brunch. These are great served with a scone and a mimosa. Regular orange just will do just fine as well!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

This is an easy breakfast recipe to assemble, and it looks impressive. There are a few steps to making these quiches, but if prepped ahead of time, assembly can happen in a snap. The ham crust is slightly sweet and salty compared to the creamy, custardy texture of the filling. A blend of Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, and Swiss cheese adds a nutty and tangy flavor. Smoky bacon and savory diced turkey or chicken add savory notes. A drizzle of hollandaise sauce turns these mini quiches into an elegant addition to a brunch.

  • Combine eggs, cream, milk, salt, pepper, garlic, and tarragon; mix.
    Step 2
In a large bowl, combine eggs, cream, milk, salt, pepper, garlic, and tarragon. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and well blended.
  • Add the turkey, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, bacon, and hot sauce.

Set aside a little bit of the cheddar cheese and bacon for topping. Add the remaining cheddar cheese, bacon, turkey, tomatoes, Swiss cheese, and hot sauce to the bowl.
