here is another good oatmeal the kids will love

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup country choice organic steel cut oats
  • 2 cups coconut milk, unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • FOR NOUGAT TOPPING:
  • 4 tablespoons vanilla so delicious coconut yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • OTHER TOPPINGS:
  • 1 tablespoon vegan chocolate chips, whole or chopped
  • 1 tablespoon peanuts, whole or chopped
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup, brown rice syrup or maple syrup to drizzle likr caramel
  • 2 tablespoons pineapple, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

How To Make slow cooker snickers oatmeal

  • Step 1
    the night before: spray crock pot with some oil to help with clean up later. add oats, pineapple, cinnamon and the coconut milk. cook on low over night 7-9 hours.
  • Step 2
    you can mix the nougat topping ingredients now and store in the fridge overnight.
  • Step 3
    in the morning: stir your oatmeal well. it may seem watery at the top but if stirred it should become more of a uniform consistency.
  • Step 4
    layer each serving with the nougat topping and top with whole or chopped chocolate chips and peanuts.
