Ingredients For slow cooker snickers oatmeal

  • 1/2 c
    country choice organic steel cut oats
  • 2 c
    coconut milk, unsweetened
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 4 Tbsp
    vanilla so delicious coconut yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp
    almond butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    vegan chocolate chips, whole or chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    peanuts, whole or chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    agave syrup, brown rice syrup or maple syrup to drizzle likr caramel
  • 2 Tbsp
    pineapple, crushed
  • 1 tsp

How To Make slow cooker snickers oatmeal

  • 1
    the night before: spray crock pot with some oil to help with clean up later. add oats, pineapple, cinnamon and the coconut milk. cook on low over night 7-9 hours.

    you can mix the nougat topping ingredients now and store in the fridge overnight.

    in the morning: stir your oatmeal well. it may seem watery at the top but if stirred it should become more of a uniform consistency.
  • 4
    layer each serving with the nougat topping and top with whole or chopped chocolate chips and peanuts.
