Ingredients

1/2 c
country choice organic steel cut oats
2 c
coconut milk, unsweetened
1 tsp
vanilla extract

FOR NOUGAT TOPPING:

4 Tbsp
vanilla so delicious coconut yogurt
1 Tbsp
almond butter

OTHER TOPPINGS:

1 Tbsp
vegan chocolate chips, whole or chopped
1 Tbsp
peanuts, whole or chopped
1 Tbsp
agave syrup, brown rice syrup or maple syrup to drizzle likr caramel
2 Tbsp
pineapple, crushed
1 tsp
cinnamon

How to Make Slow Cooker Snickers Oatmeal

Step-by-Step

  • 1the night before: spray crock pot with some oil to help with clean up later. add oats, pineapple, cinnamon and the coconut milk. cook on low over night 7-9 hours.
  • 2you can mix the nougat topping ingredients now and store in the fridge overnight.
  • 3in the morning: stir your oatmeal well. it may seem watery at the top but if stirred it should become more of a uniform consistency.
  • 4layer each serving with the nougat topping and top with whole or chopped chocolate chips and peanuts.
