Ingredients
- 3 - bananas
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 - eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 10 ounces package brownie mix
- - topping:
- 2-3 tablespoons butter – cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup crumbled chocolate cookies
- - dash of cinnamon

Step 1Preheat Oven 350 degrees: In a mix master combine the eggs, butter and sugars and mix until smooth. In a separate bowl combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and brownie mix. Slowly, add this to the mix master while on low. In a small bowl combine the cookie crumbs, butter pieces and a dash of cinnamon. Crumble this with your fingers until small pieces are formed. Butter two loaf pans and add the batter. Sprinkle the topping over the batter. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the toothpick test comes out clean.
