- 1 bunch knox gelatin

Step 1HEAT CHICKEN BROTH TO BOIL. ADD SALT & PEPPER

Step 2ADD 1 C GRITS (STIR TO AVOID LUMPS)AND STARTS TO THICKEN. POUR IN SAUSAGE,, MIX. ADD GELATIN (DO NOT USE THE WHOLE BOX--AS IT WILL MAKE IT TOO THICK) USE TRIAL & ERROR METHOD

Step 3POUR IN 9X13 PYREX PAN. LET SET CAN BE REFRIDGERATED IF DESIRED BEFORE SERVING. I WOULD EAT IT WARM MYSELF.

Step 4POUR SYRUP OVER SERVING BEFORE EATING IF DESIRED.
