Ingredients
- 2 cups rice flour
- 2 tablespoons urad dal flour
- 1/4 tablespoon asafoetida
- 1 tablespoon red chili powder
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon butter or oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- - water, as needed
- - oil for deep fry
How To Make savory crackers

Step 1combine the flour ,asafoetida,chilli powder,salt,butter or oil and sesame seeds. add water little by little and make it a smooth dough.

Step 2keep aside for some time (at least 15-20 minutes)

Step 3make small balls.meanwhile heat oil or butter in a pan.

Step 4press the balls in between your palm to make it a small round.deep fry in the hot oil until it turns golden brown in colour.

Step 5take out from oil and dry in a absorbent paper

Step 6NOTE:- fry in medium heat so that the inside is also cooked and it becomes crispy..store in a air tight container.
