Step 1

Beat eggs with milk, sour cream, and cinnamon sugar. Dip bread slices in egg and sauté in skillet with a small amount of butter until they are golden brown. Turn and brown other side. Serve warm with maple syrup, honey or cinnamon sugar. A dot of strawberry jam and sour cream is good. Serves 4 Source: Renny Darling
