If u don't want to waste your leftover rice then try it..

Ingredients

  • 1 can leftover rice
  • 2 tablespoons gram flour
  • 2 tablespoons green chilli finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1/4 tablespoon turmeric, ground
  • 1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
  • - salt to taste
  • - oil for deep frying
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons corn flour or corn starch
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice

How To Make rice balls

  • Step 1
    Mash the rice and mix all the ingredients.
  • Step 2
    make small balls of the mixture and deep fry in the oil on medium heat til they turns to golden brown or crisp.
  • Step 3
    serve with tomato sauce as a snack.
