Ingredients
- 1 can leftover rice
- 2 tablespoons gram flour
- 2 tablespoons green chilli finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon coriander leaves finely chopped
- 1/4 tablespoon turmeric, ground
- 1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
- - salt to taste
- - oil for deep frying
- 1 1/2 tablespoons corn flour or corn starch
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
How To Make rice balls

Step 1Mash the rice and mix all the ingredients.

Step 2make small balls of the mixture and deep fry in the oil on medium heat til they turns to golden brown or crisp.

Step 3serve with tomato sauce as a snack.
