leftover rice
2 Tbsp
gram flour
2 Tbsp
green chilli finely chopped
1 Tbsp
coriander leaves finely chopped
1/4 Tbsp
turmeric, ground
1/2 Tbsp
red chilli powder
1 Tbsp
cumin seeds
salt to taste
oil for deep frying
1 1/2 Tbsp
corn flour or corn starch
1 1/2 Tbsp
lemon juice

How to Make RICE BALLS

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mash the rice and mix all the ingredients.
  • 2make small balls of the mixture and deep fry in the oil on medium heat til they turns to golden brown or crisp.
  • 3serve with tomato sauce as a snack.
