Even if You don't care for Rhubarb you may just love this. Tastes more like Raspberry. Not as sweet as Maple. Now when I put the Maple Syrup on the table they always ask...Where's the Red one?

How to Make Rhubarb Sauce


  1. Using a dutch oven pan
    Add: rhubarb & water
    Bring to full rolling boil for 1 minute
    Stir occasionally
    Skim off foam
  2. Using a cullender... DRAIN... Saving the syrup
    .....DO NOT MASH.....Set aside cooked rhubarb pulp
  3. Measure the sauce then pour in 1 qt sauce pan
    Add 1 cup more sugar then syrup: (example: 3C sugar to 2C liquid)
  4. Mix cornstarch in cold water
    Add rasp jello
    Stir into rhubarb sauce
  5. Bring to full rolling boil
    Enjoy on pancakes
    Refrigerate leftover
  6. If you like JAM...
    Add 2C sugar to rhubarb pulp
    1 4oz raspberry jello
    Stiring constantly cook 1 min
