Even if You don't care for Rhubarb you may just love this. Tastes more like Raspberry. Not as sweet as Maple. Now when I put the Maple Syrup on the table they always ask...Where's the Red one?

Ingredients
- 3 cups water
- 10 cups cut up rhubarb
- - sugar
- 1 box 4oz raspberry jello
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup cold water
How To Make rhubarb sauce

Step 1Using a dutch oven pan Add: rhubarb & water Bring to full rolling boil for 1 minute Stir occasionally Skim off foam

Step 2Using a cullender... DRAIN... Saving the syrup .....DO NOT MASH.....Set aside cooked rhubarb pulp

Step 3Measure the sauce then pour in 1 qt sauce pan Add 1 cup more sugar then syrup: (example: 3C sugar to 2C liquid)

Step 4Mix cornstarch in cold water Add rasp jello Stir into rhubarb sauce

Step 5Bring to full rolling boil Cool Enjoy on pancakes Refrigerate leftover

Step 6If you like JAM... Add 2C sugar to rhubarb pulp 1 4oz raspberry jello Stiring constantly cook 1 min Cool,Enjoy
