- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons red food coloring drops
- CREAM CHEESE BUTTER
- 2 - sticks of butter softened
- 1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese softened
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1SIFT ALL DRY INGREDIENTS EXCEPT SUGAR.MIX EGGS BUTTERMILK, SUGAR AND FOOD COLORING IN A SEPERATE BOWL.

Step 2ADD DRY INGREDIENTS TO WET INGREDIENTS IN THIRDS. DO NOT OVERMIX. POUR ONTO HOT GREASED GRIDDLE INTO DESIRED SIZE. WHEN TOP BUBBLES FLIP COOK UNTIL DONE.

Step 4WHIP BUTTER AND CREAM CHEESE WITH AN ELECTRIC MIXER FOR 3-5 MINUTES SCRAPING SIDES. MIX IN VANILLA. ADD POWDERED SUGAR ONE CUP AT A TIME UNTIL BLENDED. SWIPE OVER TOP OF WARM PANCAKES.
