This is an easy and delicious syrup I make at home often. We use it on waffles, pancakes, ice cream, pound cake and sundaes. You may need to add more sugar if the berries are not very sweet. The framer's market had raspberries,I'm surprised to see them this late, but they looked good so I bought some for the pancakes we'll serve on Sunday. You can use the same recipe to make strawberry or any other berry syrup.Raspberry is my family's favorite.
