How to Make Rainbow Pancakes

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat griddle or electric skillet to 300 degrees.
Prepare pancake mix as directed except add 1/2 tsp. vanilla or other food flavoring and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon.
  2. Using a pastry brush, coat griddle lightly with butter, even if it has a non-stick surface.
Using a soup ladle, pour pancake mix onto griddle IMMEDIATELY shake rainbow colored sprinkles evenly over poured pancakes.
  3. When edges are done and pancakes have bubbled in the center, flip.
Cook until done (about 2-3 more minutes).
