Ingredients
- 1 large potato (shredded )
- 4 tablespoons butter, cold
- 4 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled )
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup milk or cream
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
How To Make quirkey stuffed hashbrowns

Step 1Melt butter in large pan , add shredded potatoes. Brown well turn over.

Step 2Cut in half. Add bacon to one of the halves.

Step 3In small pan mix milk and eggs.

Step 4Add eggs one top of bacon, then add 1/2 cheese.

Step 5Take other half of Hashbrown and top the cheese. Add other half cheese as garnish on top.
