  • 1 large
    potato (shredded )
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter, cold
  • 4 slice
    bacon (cooked and crumbled )
  • 2 large
  • 1/3 c
    milk or cream
  • 1 c
    cheese, shredded

How to Make Quirkey Stuffed Hashbrowns


  1. Melt butter in large pan , add shredded potatoes. Brown well turn over.
  2. Cut in half. Add bacon to one of the halves.
  3. In small pan mix milk and eggs.
  4. Add eggs one top of bacon, then add 1/2 cheese.
  5. Take other half of Hashbrown and top the cheese. Add other half cheese as garnish on top.
