Ingredients For quirkey stuffed hashbrowns

  • 1 lg
    potato (shredded )
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter, cold
  • 4 slice
    bacon (cooked and crumbled )
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1/3 c
    milk or cream
  • 1 c
    cheese, shredded

How To Make quirkey stuffed hashbrowns

  • 1
    Melt butter in large pan , add shredded potatoes. Brown well turn over.
  • 2
    Cut in half. Add bacon to one of the halves.

    In small pan mix milk and eggs.
  • 4
    Add eggs one top of bacon, then add 1/2 cheese.

    Take other half of Hashbrown and top the cheese. Add other half cheese as garnish on top.
