Ingredients
- CAKE INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup margarine (not butter)
- 1-1/2 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 2 cups orange juice-ready made
- 4 cups all purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- CRUMB TOPPING
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 cup margarine, softened
- 1 cup pecans or your favorite nut (optional)
- GLAZE
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla (or almond if you use almonds)extract
How To Make quick coffee cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 375. Prepare 13X9 pan (grease & flour or non-stick spray, or parchment on bottom & spray sides).

Step 2Combine all cake ingredients in large bowl, blend well, pour into prepared pan.

Step 3Combine topping ingredients in small bowl and crumble over batter mixture.

Step 4Bake at 375 for 35 minutes. Cool. Combine Glaze ingredients in small bowl and drizzle over cooled coffee cake.
