  • CAKE INGREDIENTS

  • 1 c
    margarine (not butter)
  • 1-1/2 c
    sugar
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 c
    orange juice-ready made
  • 4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 4 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • CRUMB TOPPING

  • 1 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/4 c
    margarine, softened
  • 1 c
    pecans or your favorite nut (optional)
  • GLAZE

  • 1 c
    confectioners' sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla (or almond if you use almonds)extract

How to Make Quick Coffee Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Prepare 13X9 pan (grease & flour or non-stick spray, or parchment on bottom & spray sides).
  2. Combine all cake ingredients in large bowl, blend well, pour into prepared pan.
  3. Combine topping ingredients in small bowl and crumble over batter mixture.
  4. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes. Cool. Combine Glaze ingredients in small bowl and drizzle over cooled coffee cake.
