Ingredients
- 2 - eggs
- 1 small cup milk
- 1 teaspoon melted shortening
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make quick breakfast puffs

Step 1Beat the eggs very thoroughly and add the milk, and shortening.Sift flour, salt and baking powder twice.Pour into hot,well greased muffin pans and bake about 20 minutes in hot oven. Serve warm with butter.

Step 2I baked them at 350 degrees.
