Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup buttermilk (or 1 cup milk less 1 tablespoon,plus 1 tablespoon lemon juice)
  • 1/3 cup canned pumpkin
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

How To Make pumpkin pie pancakes

  • Step 1
    Whisk, flour,baking powder,baking soda,spice,salt and sugar in large bowl. Whisk in buttermilk,pumpkin,eggs,oil and vanilla until well blended.
  • Step 2
    Spray large nonstick griddle or skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat until a sprinkle of water sizzles. Use a 1/3 measuring cup Pour onto pan cooking about 1 1/2 minutes per side until bottoms are lightly brown,
