Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup buttermilk (or 1 cup milk less 1 tablespoon,plus 1 tablespoon lemon juice)
- 1/3 cup canned pumpkin
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
How To Make pumpkin pie pancakes

Step 1Whisk, flour,baking powder,baking soda,spice,salt and sugar in large bowl. Whisk in buttermilk,pumpkin,eggs,oil and vanilla until well blended.

Step 2Spray large nonstick griddle or skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat until a sprinkle of water sizzles. Use a 1/3 measuring cup Pour onto pan cooking about 1 1/2 minutes per side until bottoms are lightly brown,
