Ingredients
- 2 cups bisquick mix
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 2 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 2 - eggs
- 1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil - canola or vegetable
How To Make pumpkin pancakes

Step 1In a large bowl, mix all ingredients well. Batter may have small lumps. Use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to ladle batter onto hot griddle. When small bubbles appear, flip pancake over and cook about another minute to 90 seconds, then remove to plate and butter.

Step 2Enjoy! Tip: My family likes their pancakes on the thinner side; if you prefer, then spread pancake batter out slightly with bottom of the measuring cup.
