Ingredients

2 c
bisquick mix
2 Tbsp
light brown sugar
2 1/2 tsp
cinnamon
1 tsp
allspice
2 c
whole milk
1/2 c
canned pumpkin
2
eggs
1 1/4 tsp
vanilla
1 Tbsp
cooking oil - canola or vegetable

Step-By-Step

1In a large bowl, mix all ingredients well. Batter may have small lumps.

Use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to ladle batter onto hot griddle. When small bubbles appear, flip pancake over and cook about another minute to 90 seconds, then remove to plate and butter.
2Enjoy!

Tip: My family likes their pancakes on the thinner side; if you prefer, then spread pancake batter out slightly with bottom of the measuring cup.
