I love seasonal pancakes @ IHOP. So I found this recipe in Sandra Lee's Semi-Homemade cook book. Now I don't have to wait till November to have my pancakes!

Ingredients
- 1 cup snoqualmie lodge fall pancake buttermilk pancake mix
- 2/3 cup cold water
- 1/3 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 1/8 teaspoon ginger ground
- - cooking spray
- - butter, room temperature
How To Make pumpkin pancakes

Step 1Whisk pancake mix , water, pumpkin, cinnamon & ginger together in bowl until blended. (do not over mix)

Step 2Spray griddle with Pam & heat over med. Spoon 2 Tbl of batter onto griddle to form ea. pancake. Cook about 2 minutes till bubbles appear, then turn & cook 2 min. longer.

Step 3Place pancakes on plate, top with butter & flavored syrup (I like warm pecan} Enjoy!
