Ingredients
- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
How To Make pumpkin oatmeal bars

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Line 8x8" baking pan with parchment paper.

Step 3In a large bowl, combine oats, pumpkin, almond butter, honey, and vanilla. Mix well.

Step 4Add baking powder and pumpkin pie spice. Stir to distribute evenly.

Step 5Pour mixture into prepared pan.
