  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

How To Make pumpkin oatmeal bars

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Step 2
    Line 8x8" baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Step 3
    In a large bowl, combine oats, pumpkin, almond butter, honey, and vanilla. Mix well.
  • Step 4
    Add baking powder and pumpkin pie spice. Stir to distribute evenly.
  • Step 5
    Pour mixture into prepared pan.
