1/2 call purpose flour

1/3 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

How To Make pumpkin muffins with streusel

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2Combine dry ingredients and set aside

3Cream together Pumpkin, eggs, oil,vanilla, sugar. Once blended well add dry ingredients.

4Line cupcake tins and divide batter. I usually fill each one 3/4 of the way full.

5Combine streusel ingredients until crumbly and top each muffin.

6Bake 20-25 minutes
