Ingredients
- 6 - eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons butter

Step 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Step 2Cut up butter into 9x11 baking dish, place in oven.

Step 3While butter is melting (DO NOT BURN!!).... beat eggs. Stir in flour. Add milk and salt.

Step 4Pour batter into hot, bubbling butter dish

Step 5Bake 20 minutes or until sides rise and crust is golden brown. Remove from oven, cut into 6-8 pieces and serve immediately.

Step 6Top with fresh fruit, powdered sugar or syrup.
