this was friday during lent dinner and sunday breakfast my mother made and I just added the bisquits .

Ingredients

  • 4 - eggs
  • 2 - potatoes, baked
  • 1 package pillsbury grand bisquits
  • 1/2 stick margaine
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

How To Make potatoes & eggs turnovers

  • Step 1
    microwave potatoes until done ,peel and dice potatoes scramble eggs with 2 tablespoons margaine add potatoes salt pepper. Take bisquits roll out put eggs and potato mixture on bisquit add some shredded cheese fold each end to make a square brush with butter or margaine put on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for about 10 minutes.
