this was friday during lent dinner and sunday breakfast my mother made and I just added the bisquits .

    eggs
  • 2
    potatoes, baked
  • 1 pkg
    pillsbury grand bisquits
  • 1/2 stick
    margaine
  • 4 oz
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 pinch
    pepper

How to Make potatoes & eggs turnovers

Step-by-Step

  1. microwave potatoes until done ,peel and dice potatoes scramble eggs with 2 tablespoons margaine add potatoes salt pepper. Take bisquits roll out put eggs and potato mixture on bisquit add some shredded cheese fold each end to make a square brush with butter or margaine put on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for about 10 minutes.
