Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 teaspoons powdered sugar
  • - juice of half a lemon

How To Make popover pancake

  • Step 1
    1. In a mixing bowl, beat together flour, milk and eggs until slightly lumpy. Melt butter in a 9x9 pan and than pour in the batter.
  • Step 2
    2. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until puffy. Sprinkle powdered sugar and lemon juice over the pancake, and return to oven for 2 to 3 minutes.
