Ingredients
- 2 quarts chopped peaches (18 peaches)
- 8 cups sugar
- 3 - oranges
- 2 - lemons - juice only
- 1 cup maraschino cherries, quartered
How To Make pink peach preserves

Step 1Cut oranges first in sections, then in crosswise slices, rind and all.

Step 2Combine all ingredients except cherries.

Step 3Boil rapidly until thick and clear.

Step 4Add cherries, bring to boil and pour into glasses.

Step 5Seal or top with paraffin. Keeps well in freezer.
