Ingredients
-
3eggs
-
1 1/2 csour cream
-
1 tspbaking soda
-
1 3/4 call purpose flour
-
2 tspsugar
-
1 tspbaking powder
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 cmilk
-
3 Tbspbutter, melted
How to Make Perfect Pancakes
- Beat the eggs in a separate bowl. Combine sour cream and baking soda with a whisk, then stir in the eggs.
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Stir into sour cream mix. Add butter and mix well. Add milk and beat until well blended.
- Spray a non-stick frying pan with cooking spray. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter to make 3 pancakes in the pan. As dough begins to set, add any desired toppings.
- When you begin to see bubbles pop in the middle of the pancake, flip it over and cook on the other side for about a minute. Use a spatula to slide finished pancakes onto a plate. Continue until all batter has been used up. Serve pancakes with your favorite topping. I like butter and real maple syrup!
