Ingredients
- PECAN MIXTURE
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup pecans chopped
- TOAST
- 1 - loaf cinnamon swirl bread (like pepridge farms
- BATTER
- 1 cup milk
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup sugar-granulated
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- - powdered sugar for the top
How To Make pecan pie stuffed french toast

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2Heat butter and brown sugar and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in pecans. Set aside.

Step 3Grease a baking sheet with butter or cookin spray. Place bread slices on sheet and bake for about 5 mins. or until lightly toasted.

Step 4Beat milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Dip 8 slices of bread in batter and place on a baking sheet. Top each slice with heaping tablespoons of pecan mixutre. Dip 8 more slices in batter and place on top of nut filling to form a sandwich.

Step 5Bake for about 20 mins. or until hot. Dust with powdered sugar and serve hot.
