1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 cup chopped pecans
2 - eggs, beaten
2/3 cup melted butter/margerine

How To Make pecan pie mini muffins

Step 1

Step 1: Mix all dry ingredients and coat pecans Step 2: Mix beaten eggs; melted butter/margerine Mix all together. Spray mini muffin pan with flour spray (Baker's Joy) and fill the mini muffin tins half full. Bake for approx 27 minutes @ 350 degrees.
