The kid in all of us loves peanut butter and jelly! Have your "cakes" and eat 'em too!!! Prefer waffles...? Make waffles! And... for the really big peanut butter fans.... spread extra peanut butter on them! I make many kinds of home canned jams and jellies... the possibilities are endless! This will bring back the kid in all of us! MMMMMMMMmmmmmmMMMMMMM Play With Your Food! xo

Ingredients

  • PANCAKE BATTER
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 5 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 2 cups milk
  • TOPPING
  • - jelly, your favorite flavor and amount

How To Make peanut butter and jelly pancakes!

  • Step 1
    Sift together the dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients. Mix together well.
  • Step 2
    Oil and heat griddle or skillet. Pour or spoon batter into individual pancakes. When the "bubbles" form, flip the pancakes over. Pancakes should be golden or light brown. Remove from heat and repeat until batter is all used.
  • Step 3
    Serve with your favorite jelly or jam...
  • Step 4
    *** This is good as a waffle too! *** Good ol' peanut butter and jelly... something different from the everyday pancake!
