Bars are great for breakfast, lunch or snack. Adapted from a peanut butter oatmeal bar recipe to include jelly. After all, peanut butter is so much yummier with jelly.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup jelly of choice
How To Make peanut butter and jelly oatmeal bars

Step 1Line a 6" x 4" pan with parchment paper.

Step 2Mix together the peanut butter, honey and oats. The mixture will be sticky.

Step 3Place half of the peanut butter mixture in the pan. Press into an even layer.

Step 4Spread the jelly on top of the flattened peanut butter layer.

Step 5Top with the remaining peanut butter mixture and spread to cover the jelly.

Step 6Freeze for 15 minutes.

Step 7Remove from the freezer and use the parchment to lift out of the pan.

Step 8Cut into nine bars. Store in the refrigerator.
