My aunt came home one night with these and I just had to make a version of my own. It was really good. Great for breakfast!

How to Make Peanut Butter and Jelly french toast

Step-by-Step

  1. Take the slices of bread and spread on one side each the peanut butter. Then the other sides of the other 4 slices the grape jelly. Close the breads as to make a sandwich.
  2. Beat the two eggs and add the milk. Dip the sandwich on each side into the egg mixture.
  3. In a medium pan add the 2 tbs. olive oil and fry the sandwiches on each side for three minutes. top with powered sugar.
