My aunt came home one night with these and I just had to make a version of my own. It was really good. Great for breakfast!

Ingredients For peanut butter and jelly french toast

8slices of white bread

peanut butter
-
grape jelly
-
2eggs
-
3 Tbspmilk
-
powdered sugar

2 Tbspolive oil
How To Make peanut butter and jelly french toast

1Take the slices of bread and spread on one side each the peanut butter. Then the other sides of the other 4 slices the grape jelly. Close the breads as to make a sandwich.

2Beat the two eggs and add the milk. Dip the sandwich on each side into the egg mixture.

3In a medium pan add the 2 tbs. olive oil and fry the sandwiches on each side for three minutes. top with powered sugar.
