My aunt came home one night with these and I just had to make a version of my own. It was really good. Great for breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 8 - slices of white bread
  • - peanut butter
  • - grape jelly
  • 2 - eggs
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • - powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

How To Make peanut butter and jelly french toast

  • Step 1
    Take the slices of bread and spread on one side each the peanut butter. Then the other sides of the other 4 slices the grape jelly. Close the breads as to make a sandwich.
  • Step 2
    Beat the two eggs and add the milk. Dip the sandwich on each side into the egg mixture.
  • Step 3
    In a medium pan add the 2 tbs. olive oil and fry the sandwiches on each side for three minutes. top with powered sugar.
