Ingredients
- 4 - large eggs
- 1 - 14 oz. can coconut milk
- 2/3 cup - pineapple preserves
- 1 tsp. - vanilla extract
- 4 cups - cornflakes, crushed
- 1 cup - finely chopped macadamia nuts
- 1 cup - angel flake coconut
- 8 - slices fairly dry bread
- - butter for frying
How To Make paradise french toast

Step 1Mix corn flake crumbs, coconut, and chopped nuts in a pie pan.

Step 2Mix eggs, coconut milk, preserves, and vanilla in a bowl large enough for dipping the bread.

Step 3Dip bread in egg mixture, then in coconut mixture. Fry in the butter on each side until golden brown. Serve with your favorite syrup.
