- 8 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt

How To Make papas (portuguese porridge)

Step 1-Mix milk, sugar, and salt into a sauce pan. -Bring to a boil. -SLOWLY sift flour in while continuously whisking vigorously to avoid clumping. -Mixture will thicken. Turn off heat and remove from stove top once the porridge is thick and creamy. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon. Serve while warm. Enjoy!
