I was first introduced to this yummy recipe when I started going out with my husband over 30 years ago! We love it for Sunday brunch, with sausage or bacon. It rises in the oven. When you take it out, it falls and has a custard-like consistency! So yummy!!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

This is a fantastic way to serve a pancake-like breakfast for a crowd. Quick and easy to prepare, as it bakes this pancake fluffs like a big puff and then deflates. The top and bottom are slightly crisp and holds in a creamy pancake-like filling. The center is almost like a baked custard but a little more sturdy. Top with fresh fruit and homemade whipped cream for a wonderful breakfast. Simple ingredients produce amazing flavor in this pancake recipe.
