I always say....you can burn these and not ruin them...because I usually burn a couple and they're just as good as the one's that aren't burnt! So basic and easy...yet so good... Sometimes I like to drop fruit in them while they're cooking...delicious and filling...

- 4 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 can evaporated milk or 3/4 cup milk
- 2- 2 1/2 cups flour, (thick or thin pancakes...your preference)
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup butter or magarine
- 1 cup sugar
