Pancake Sausage Muffins
2 cwhole wheat flour (i used freshly ground)
1 tspbaking powder
1 1/2 cmilk or buttermilk
1/3 cbutter, melted
1/2 lbfavorite sausage of choice, browned
How to Make Pancake Sausage Muffins
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Add the milk, eggs & butter and stir.
- Stir in the browned sausage.
- Pour batter into 12-15 well greased muffin tins. (do not use paper liners because most likely muffins will stick to them)
- Bake at 350' for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
- Serve with maple syrup.
