I love that this is a finger type food that my little ones can use to dip into maple syrup. I hope you enjoy.

Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour (i used freshly ground)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups milk or buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 pound favorite sausage of choice, browned
How To Make pancake sausage muffins

Step 1Combine dry ingredients.

Step 2Add the milk, eggs & butter and stir.

Step 3Stir in the browned sausage.

Step 4Pour batter into 12-15 well greased muffin tins. (do not use paper liners because most likely muffins will stick to them)

Step 5Bake at 350' for 15-20 minutes or until golden.

Step 6Serve with maple syrup.
